Access guidance
- You can borrow a stroller, a cart or wheelchair by the main entrance to the zoo. This service is free of charge; you just need to provide an ID number (National ID, driver's license, passport). The borrowed equipment must be returned to the lending station no later than Prague Zoo's closing time. The amount of equipment available for borrowing is limited. Stroller – the strollers we lend out have a weight capacity of 15 kilograms. Cart – children's carts have a weight capacity of 40 kilograms. They are available in two sizes. Wheelchair – you can reserve one by calling +420 296 112 230.
- Sanitary facilities at the zoo are, for the most part, equipped with a changing table and toilet for disabled visitors. They are located at the following sites: Main entrance – past the entrance, inside the zoo Oceán restaurant By the Bororo Reserve By the U Supa restaurant By the Sichuan pavilion Children's area (no disabled restrooms here) Feline Pavilion - entrance from the side of the pavilion (no disabled restrooms here) V Oboře refreshment stand Černohouska Pizzeria (no disabled restrooms here) Gulab Restaurant African House Near the polar bear exhibit

- The chairlift is operated by the Prague Public Transit Company (Dopravní podnik HMP). In 2017, it runs from March 14 to December 31. The operating hours, as well as other information, are available at http://www.dpp.cz/en/chairlift-at-the-zoo/.
