Access guidance
- There is some seating available throughout the venue. Should you have difficulty queuing for any of the busier shows please make your needs known to a member of staff who will be bale to help you.
- Wheelchair Access is only available via the entrance of Talbot Street, next to Rock City. once inside there is level access throughout on the ground fllor and an accessible toilet (Radar Key operated). For shows wheelchair users are given early access and a choice of where to position themselves for the live acts
- Rescue Rooms is a very small venue and public car parking is available directly across the street on Talbot Street
- Access to the accessible WC is via the use of a radar key. Staff and stewards also have keys if required,
- Customers with accessibility difficulties who need a full time assistant in order to attend the event are eligible to purchase 2-for-1 tickets, in order to bring a personal assistant or carer to the event at no extra cost. To apply for a 2-for-1 ticket, please book a standard entry ticket and then email proof of eligibility through to customerenquiries@alt-tickets.co.uk.
