How to apply for the accessible facilities at Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT If you're attending Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT and you require use of the accessible facilities, you'll need to complete the online Accessible Application Form and have a valid Nimbus Access Card or Nimbus x Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT Access Pass. 1. Still need to buy your ticket? Buy a standard ticket for yourself on the event website. Don't purchase a ticket for your essential companion as this cannot be refunded. 2. Already have a valid Nimbus Access Card? Skip to step 3! Don't have a Nimbus Access Card? You will need to register for a free Nimbus x Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT Access Pass. This will be valid for 3 years to use at future Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT festivals. There is also the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15 and you will be able to use this at live music venues, events, and tourist attractions across the UK and beyond! 3. I have an Access Card or Nimbus x Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT Access Pass – what do I do now? All you will need to do now is complete the Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT Accessible Application form. This form can be found on the event accessibility page. Please have your Access Card or Nimbus x Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT Access Pass I.D number handy as you'll need to input this on your application form. I have completed the Accessible Application form – what do I do now? The Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT Access Team will review your application and contact you once it has been processed. Access to the accessible facilities will be provided to customers based on the approved requirements listed on their Nimbus Access Card or Nimbus x Summer Sessions Access Pass. Please note that our accessible facilities are unable to cater for people with temporary impairments. This is considered to be anything that affects an individual for less than 12 months such as broken bones or healing injuries. If you have a temporary impairment, please be aware that there will be a lot of walking at Rockstar Energy presents TRNSMT.
A free registration is available at this venue as an alternative to an Access Card. Please use the link below to begin your application.
