Access guidance
- Our attraction is fully accessible, however, due to the age and design of the building, alternative routes will need to be taken at certain points. You'll still be able to see every colourful clown fish and cheeky penguin and a route map will be provided when you arrive. All of our weird and wonderful turtles are found upstairs and you'll find the access lift in the shop. The restaurant is on the upper floor too if you're feeling peckish!
- Alongside our designated accessibility route, we have a lift which takes guests upstairs to the Restaurant and Turtle Sanctuary. We also have a large disabled toilet located on the ground floor and we are able to facilitate one wheelchair per time on Penguin Island.
- You will find the Ladies, Gentlemen's and Disabled toilet located within the shop upon entering the centre.
- We only allow assistance dogs into the centre.
- At SEA LIFE Scarborough, we can offer one free carer admission for each guest requiring support on their visit. Proof of eligibility may be required in the form of a DLA Letter, PIP Letter or Disabled Blue Badge.
