Access guidance
- We have plenty of quiet seating areas dotted around the park for guests who need to take a break or some time out from the thrills of the day. We have seating next to many of the popular rides too so that one member of the group can stand in the queue while anyone who finds it difficult to stand for long periods of time can take a seat and then join their family in the queue when they are near the front.
- The vast majority of the park is level and easy to navigate for wheelchair users.
- We have a number of designated disabled parking spaces situated in the main car park closest to the entrance gates and these are allocated on a first come first served basis.
- There is an accessible toilet in the park.
- All dogs are welcome in the park - not just registered assistance dogs. There are plenty of grassed areas within the park as well as plenty of bins. We also provide water bowls throughout the park. Dogs must be kept on a lead and owners are responsible for clearing up after their dogs. Dogs are not permitted on the rides.
- Essential Companion tickets are available for guests with a medical condition or disability, where support is needed that is significant and in excess of what could be reasonably expected of friends/family already accompanying the guest. We allow one Essential Companion to accompany a paying guest into the park who requires their assistance during their visit, if their Access Card or Nimbus ID carries the +1 symbol. If eligible, two people can accompany the paying guest with the appropriate +2 symbol on their Access Card or Nimbus ID.
- We have ear defenders available to purchase at the front gates - suitable for children 6 months - 16 years. Guests are permitted to bring their own picnic to the park and use one of the many picnic areas situated around the park.
