- Entrance to The Garden at 120 is only via the lift. Level 15 takes you directly into The Garden at 120. The hard-standing York stone paving in The Garden at 120 was designed incorporating a crystalline effect so it is not perfectly level. However there are no steps to navigate whilst on Level 15 (The Garden at 120).
- There is an accessible WC on Level 14. You can take the Lift from Level 15 down to Level 14 to use the WCs.
- Assistance dogs are welcome at The Garden at 120.
- We have emergency evacuation procedures for disabled visitors. The Roof Safety team are trained to assist with evacuating visitors safely and appropriately. The fire alarm is an audible voice notification system.
