Access Card notes
Accessible tickets for shows at The O2 arena can be purchased online through our website. There is usually significant demand when events go on sale, so we advise that guests purchase accessible tickets online rather than attempting by phone. To book tickets online through AXS, Guests with access requirements must register their requirements via the Access Card (sometimes referred to as a Nimbus Card, or the CredAbility Card). This ensures the right tickets are sold to the right people. Select the Event you are attending on their website and enter your Name and ID to select your tickets. Please note, if any of the below requirements apply to you, please give us a call on 020 8463 3359 •2+ carers required •Assigned wheelchair user, with limited ambulant capability •Overseas guests •Issues linking your card/registration to their online account •Late requests three days or less out from the event •Change of circumstances
A free registration is available at this venue as an alternative to an Access Card. Please use the link below to begin your application. Please note, if you already have an Access Card, you don't need to apply again. Simply provide your name and Access Card ID number to the venue. Click here to start your registration
Access guidance
- Talk to a member of staff at the arena entrance if you have a disability that means you can't queue. They'll sort out priority entry for you as soon as the doors open
- We have two platforms available online. The platforms are wheelchair accessible and have folding chairs for guests and assistants. They are primarily for wheelchair users but may also be suitable for guests with other access requirements. If you are unsure if they will be suitable, please give the team a call before booking.
- We have an accessible drop-off point for cars and coaches. It's about 150m from The O2's main entrance. And it's clearly signposted. If you are coming to an event in the main arena we also offer a wheelchair escort just call 0208 463 2211 once the event doors open (this is usually the time printed on your ticket) and we'll meet you with a wheelchair to take you to your seat.
- Accessible toilets are unisex. And they're available on all levels. They're near our wheelchair bays. We've also got a Changing Places fully accessible toilet by Block 106 on Level 1. Contact your nearest steward for access. Or visit the Level 1 information desk. These toilets are larger than a standard wheelchair accessible toilet and include a height-adjustable changing bench, a hoist and room for up to two PAs. If you need to use the Changing Places unit on a non-event day just ask at AEG reception and access can be organised.
- Assistance dogs are welcome in all of The O2 venues. Water bowls are available too. Just ask. For The O2 arena assistance dogs can stay in wheelchair bays. For other areas of the arena talk to the nearest information desk and they'll look after your dog for the whole event. Or for any period during the event.
- Get in touch with customer services if you need help accessing visual information.
