We offer a concession ticket and complimentary access companion ticket for disabled visitors. No proof of disability or need is required. For D/deaf and hard of hearing visitors we run regular BSL tours throughout the year and a Plain English script of our audio tour is available to borrow. Blind & partially-sighted visitors can take a descriptive audio guide or pre-book a descriptive tour with a Vocaleyes trained guide. We are fully wheelchair accessible and assistance animals are welcome

- Respite seating Benches are available throughout the visitor route.
- Wheelchairs Manual wheelchairs are available to borrow free of charge on a first come, first served basis for the duration of a visit. Mobility scooters can be used at the Royal Mews. Access and surfaces All areas of the Royal Mews have level access. As the Royal Mews is an historic building the floors are uneven and cobbled in places so please take care.
- Toilets Accessible toilets are located half way round the visitor route.
- Assistance animals Assistance animals are welcome and water is available on request.
- Concessionary rates are available for you if you have a disability and an accompanying companion is admitted free of charge.
- Guided Tours Guided tours of the Royal Mews are available free of charge. Verbal description tours are available but must be pre-booked by contacting the Learning bookings team learning@rct.uk or +44 (0)303 123 7323. A complimentary descriptive audio tour is available in English. Non-descriptive multimedia tours are also available in: English French German Spanish Italian Japanese Chinese Brazilian Portuguese Russian
- Induction loops The ticket sales desks, shop till counters and the multimedia tour collection are equipped with induction loops. Hearing aids should be switched to the T position. A complimentary multimedia tour is available in: English French German Spanish Italian Japanese Chinese Brazilian Portuguese Russian The tour handsets are T-coil compatible and equipped with volume control. Neck loops are also available on request. British Sign Language (BSL) A BSL video tour is available to borrow free of charge. The device can be collected from the multimedia tour distribution desk at the start of the visit. Guided Tours Guided tours of the Royal Mews are available, free of charge, and last for 45 minutes.
