Access guidance
- The foyer has mixed tall chairs and tables and lower bench seating and tables spread through the area. Snacks and drinks can be purchased via a QR code reducing the need to queue at the bar. Customers can also pre order drinks for the interval. Tickets are sent via email to customers before the performance, so box office queue's are usually short - non existent, however if a customer did need to sit while they wait they can ask member of the FOH team who will happily assist them.
- Our Auditorium, bar, cloakroom toilets and restaurant are all completely level access from the street. There are two accessible toilets in the foyer. The box office and bar offer a drop down counter service. There are two accessible parking bays located in a gated, off street, area. These can be booked by access patrons via the box office in advance.
- All doors to the auditorium are on ground level off of the main foyer, the bar is located between the both doors with toilets located to the rear of the foyer. Due to the nature of the venue each production users a unique seating configuration, however, Door 1 is generally closer to the main entrance and bar. Door 2 is closer to the toilets, however for most shows this door is for raked seating and is not suitable for those needing level access. It is best to speak with the box office before booking to confirm the seating plan for your desired production.
- There are large male and female toilets and two accessible toilets. One with baby change facilities.
- There is a dog park located in Elvin gardens which is a three minute walk from the main entrance. Assistance dogs can be taken into the auditorium or left with the front of house team during the performance. Dog bowls for water can be provided
- Where a Carer/ Essential companion is necessary both tickets will receive 2/3 off of the face value. This is the equivalent to one free ticket.
- Some productions may offer brail or large font synopsis however this is not guaranteed particularly for one night events.
- BSL and Captioned performances are scheduled by most productions. These will be listed on our website. A Loop system is available for every performance, and headsets can be collected by asking a member of the box office or FOH teams. This service is free to use
- There is an Access Host on duty for each performance, they can be found in the foyer but can be contacted by any member of the FOH team by radio. This host will also escort customers to and from the carpark.
