Access guidance
- We can fast track any card holders on arrival at check in.
- We have two disabled car parking spaces outside the front door. We are a two story building and have a passenger lift between these floors. We have larger disabled toilets on both floors. We do not have hoists to access our equipment and there are steps up onto the trampoline floor which is padded and not suitable for wheelchairs. There are various spectator seating areas.
- Our building does not have longer distances being an indoor attraction.
- We have toilets on both levels of our building.
- We allow assistance dog access into our building. There are grassed areas outside of our car park for toileting. We can provide a water bowl if required
- Carers who need to provide direct supervision on the equipment have half price tickets.
- We can provide verbal safety briefings for those who cannot access the video version on request.
- Our safety video can provides a visual explanation of the safety rules to follow as well as an audible one.
- Our safety video is available to view on our website if you would like to understand the safe rules of bounce before you book. We can provide tours of our facility before you book to help plan a visit. We can post trampoline socks to anyone who wishes to try them beforehand who may have sensory issues. We will happily answer any questions over the phone to help plan a visit.
