Access guidance
- During busy times, particularly between 10am and 11am, there may be queues at the entrance. To avoid longer wait times, we recommend arriving outside of these peak hours. Queues for individual activities are rare, and there are plenty of seating options throughout the park, including picnic benches and other seating areas. Outdoor seating is more limited, but available in select spots.
- Walby Farm Park is largely accessible for wheelchairs and prams, with level access across most of the site. There is ramp access to outdoor areas, and we have a lift for upper-level access during seasonal shows. However, as this is a working farm, muddy conditions can occur, especially in wet weather, so we advise being mindful of terrain.
- Walby Farm Park spans 30 acres including event fields, so visitors should expect some walking between attractions. While the activities are spread out across the park, there are benches and resting spots to help break up the walking if needed.
- We provide 2 fully accessible disabled toilets, as well as baby-changing facilities, located near the main visitor areas for convenience.
- We regret that no dogs are allowed on site at Walby Farm Park, with the exception of assistance dogs, this is to ensure the safety and welfare of our animals.
- We are proud to support the Access Card Scheme which simplifies the process for visitors with additional needs. If someone in your group requires an Essential Companion ticket, these are available free of charge with a valid Access Card featuring the +1 or +2 symbol. For more information on how the Access Card works, and to register your access requirements with an Access Card or a Digital Access Pass to Walby Farm Park, please read our Accessibility page on our website.
- Various signage around the attraction.
- Portable hearing loop available.
- Walby Farm Park is a family-friendly attraction, and we strive to make it as accessible as possible. For any additional accessibility needs or questions, please don't hesitate to contact our team before your visit. https://www.walbyfarmpark.co.uk/app/uploads/Access-Statement-Walby-Farm-Park-2024.pdf
