Access Card notes
We have taken proactive steps to educate our staff members on the Access Card specifics and how they might assist card holders to facilitate a better experience depending on their needs! We have a sloping beach entry to our main pools, which makes them far more accessible than typical swimming pools. We cannot facilitate queue jumping due to the unique design of our building, but staff will try their upmost to assist card holders where they can. Access Card holders can receive £4 off admission to the Aqua Park on displaying their valid Access Card at Reception.
This provider accepts the Access Card as supporting documentation for accessible facilities and tickets.

Access guidance
- Ample tables and chairs in our Restaurant around the Poolside.
- Most areas are accessible for wheelchair users. We also have a limited number of waterproof chairs that people can utilise to facilitate access to our main pools via the sloped, beach entry.
- We are an indoor venue with a lot of features packed into a relatively compact Resort. Seating is typically available along most main thoroughfares.
- There are multiple toilets in the venue.
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Aqua Park, we cannot admit assistance dogs into the facility for hygiene reasons.
- Those who can demonstrate proof of carer status are able to achieve the same discount on admission to the Aqua Park as disabled guests.
- Staff will be happy to answer any questions for those with difficulty accessing visual information. Important announcements are made via tannoy.
- There is ample signage around the park informing guests of ride rules and requirements.
- We are relatively new to the Access Card scheme. We might not get everything right in the first instance but we are always open to feedback and wanting to improve our offering for those with additional needs!
