Access Card notes
We have a new E-ticketing system that we can now retain and log Access Card numbers so that people with access needs can pre-book in advance a free carer ticket if required and benefit from advance discounts. Previously people either have to send us all of their paperwork each time or simply pay higher prices on the day.

Access guidance
- We have organised queue barrier systems, so that those in wheelchairs or with walking aids can queue safely. We have low sections of counters at all bars.
- Level areas or ramps to all areas. Designated viewing areas for those with access requirements. Lifts to all floors above ground level. Accessible facilities on all levels.
- Distance from car park to grandstands is 200-250 metres. We have a drop-off point outside the turnstiles and we have a free golf-buggy to ferry those who struggle inside the enclosures. We allow small mobility scooters inside facilities.
- Accessible toilets are available in all areas. Stewards are located in all areas and close to toilet facilities.
- Assistance dogs are welcomed, plenty of grass areas and water bowls available.
- Free entry for carers. Access Card could be used to book this in advance on our website.
- We can provide a simplified race card (List of runners and riders) on request which can be more easily translated on a reader.
