Access guidance
- The usher who greets customers as they enter the building will escort anyone who needs them to the lifts, and if necessary help them to their seats. (This is a private building and as such the lifts need to be operated by a staff member).
- There is a wheelchair lift from the street to the main foyer/box office. Please press the bell and a member of the security team will operate this. Once in the foyer the box office has a lower counter on one side. A member of the FOH team will escort anyone with mobility needs via the lift to the main courtroom stalls. *The galleries are only accessible by a further staircase of 33 steps. Both male and female toilets have an accessible cubicle, this is located just outside Door 1 which is where the venues wheelchair space is located.
- The toilets for the courtroom stalls are located opposite door 1 on the left hand side of the auditorium seating plan. The stalls toilets both have an accessible cubicle in them that we will prioritise usage for if requested and we do have unisex toilets in the gallery as well.
- Assistance dogs can be taken into the auditorium or left with the FOH team duing the performance. Jubilee gardens is located at the far end of the building about a 3 minute walk away.
- Where a Carers / Essential is needed both tickets will receive 2/3 off of the price, this equates to one free ticket.
- A hearing loop is available to customers who have a T switch on their hearing aid. An earpiece or neck loop can be collected from the box office but a refundable deposit must be left
