Christmas and New Year Opening Times

The Access Card Team will break up for Christmas on Friday 22nd December 2023 at 12 noon and return to the office on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Whilst our phone lines will be closed for the duration, we will be checking emails and applications intermittently throughout the Christmas break to make sure we can give you a safe and accessible holiday season.

If you have an issue which needs urgent resolution, before the office reopens, you need to email urgent@nimbusdisability.com

You can still apply for your Access Card or 3rd party registration whilst the team is out of the office.

We will resume processing applications in the New Year.

Applications received before 11:30 am on Friday 22nd December 2022 will be reviewed by the team before we break up for the Christmas holiday.
