To enter, you must sign up to the Ablenet.co.uk Newsletter at www.ablenet.co.uk/nimbus. Entry to the Promotion will be automatic upon signing up. By unsubscribing to a newsletter or email prior to the draw will render your entry invalid and you will be removed.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility to enter.

All entries must be completed by 5th January 2025. 1 entry will be drawn to win a 1 Supercar Accessible or Blind Drive plus High Speed Passenger Ride or 1 Supercar Passenger experience Ablenet.co.uk.

If you are selected as the winner, you will be contacted via an @ablenet.co.uk email address.

A limit of one entry per valid email address/person will be accepted.

The start date of the Promotion is Thursday 12th December 2024.

The closing date by which entries must be received is 5th January 2025 23:59

Prize Draw:

Entrants who submit their entry to the promotion, as per above, will be entered into a random prize draw.

The prize draw will be carried out on the within 7 days of the promotion end date.

The prize-winner will be the first name drawn at random from all valid, completed entries. The winner will be chosen by random. The winner will be notified by email and will be mentioned in a newsletter by Ablenet.co.uk and Nimbus Disability.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Ablenet Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Should a winner not respond to the winning notification within 5 days the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the prize to another entrant.

The result of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
