Access Card notes
Derby County are continually striving to provide a high level of customer service and are very proud to promote and support the Access Card Scheme. This card will enable disabled supporters to communicate with us discreetly and efficiently, regarding any support/requirements they may need, without having to go into too much detail. The iPro Stadium offers great accessible facilities and services for disabled supporters and it is very important to us that our disabled supporters have a great match day experience and are able to enjoy everything we have to offer
This provider accepts the Access Card as supporting documentation for accessible facilities and tickets.

Access guidance
- Disabled supporters not requiring wheelchair access can sit anywhere in the ground with their PA/essential companion (subject to qualification), providing they are able to access the area, subject to safety requirements of the ground. They are also subject to the relevant price of the seating category of the area they choose to sit in. Requirements should be stipulated at the time of purchasing a ticket to ensure appropriate seating
- Wheelchair users are accommodated on the front rows of the North, East, South and West Stands, which allow the PA/essential companion to sit alongside them. The Rams also have elevated platforms located in the North East Corner, South and West Stand for home supporters and one in the South East Corner for away supporters. All areas in which wheelchair users are located offer good lines of sight. Please note that Derby only have a limited number of spaces available for Wheelchair Users and allocation is subject to availability.
- There is limited match day car parking for both home and visiting supporters. We have invested in the use of a number of buggys to enable fans to cover longer sitances from accessible car parking spaces that might be further than they can walk unaided. Pre-booking of accessible car parking is absoilutly essential
- There are a number of accessible toilets around the concourse. All accessible toilets are Radar key operated and on match days stewards nearby will have access to a key. Access Card holders with the WC symbol will be given priority use of these facilities
- Any supporter wishing to attend the stadium with an assistance dog needs to contact the Disabled Liaison Officer on 0871 472 1884 (option 1) or via email at emma.drury@dcfc.co.uk, so that the Club can ensure the appropriate match tickets (subject to availability) are allocated and appropriate arrangements have been made.
- Derby County FC was the first UK football club to accept the Access Card as a means of evidencing need for a free essential companion ticket. We do ask that fans and companions make themselves familiar with our policy on essnetial companions which is available on request.
- An Induction Loop System is available in certain parts of the stadium and complimentary headsets can be provided and used in all areas of the stadium, to enable supporters to listen to the match commentary and enjoy the game.
