Overview
"Legoland Windsor Resort, also known as Legoland Windsor, is a child-orientated theme park and resort in Windsor, Berkshire in England, themed around the Lego toy system. The park opened on 17 March 1996 on the former Windsor Safari Park site as the second Legoland after Legoland Billund in Denmark."

Access Card notes
An Access Card (with either the symbol Standing and Queuing, Level Access or Urgent Access to Toilets) or Merlin Ride Access Pass Registration ID can be used to claim a Ride Access Pass from Merlin. An Access card with a +1 /+2 symbol can be used on the day to claim free carer tickets to enter the park. It can also be used when applying for a Merlin Annual Carer Passes. A free registration is available at this venue as an alternative to an Access Card. Please use the link below to begin your application. Access guidance
- Ride Access Pass will be awarded.
- All main pathways are wheelchair accessible. Please note: motorised wheelchair users are advised against using the pathway between Spinning Spider and The Beginning due to its gradient and should use either the Hill Train or the route through Imagination. - We offer a number of spaces on a first come, first served basis for those who have a Blue Badge identifying a mobility issue.
- Located in Heartlake City. there is a changing places facility, which includes a hoist, a height adjustable bench and a toilet and can be accessed with a RADAR key. All toilet blocks have a disabled toilet which can be accessed with a RADAR key.
- Access Cards with +1 accepted as proof for a free companion ticket.
- Mobile hearing loop units are available to use at key points across the Resort. Please speak to a member of the Guest Services team who would be happy to provide additional assistance.
- Located in Heartlake City. First Aid can provide medical assistance and cold medicine storage. They also will be able to assist with heating food and have a hoist and height adjustable bed. Located in Heartlake City, with vibrating bean bags, soft seating, interactive projections, bubble tubes, infinity tunnels, tactile panels, and soft lighting, all designed to create a calm space to relax in for those who need it.
