Access guidance
- There should not be an instance where there are many queues, however if there are the person should find a member of staff which are clearly identifiable. They will be able to assist.
- The entire festival is on level ground so there are no restrictions. Please note that if the ground is wet it may be difficult for wheelchair users as we don't use flooring. We aren't able to place wheelchair users at the front of the audience and we cannot accommodate 'viewing platforms'.
- The festival does not take up a huge space so distance should not be a problem. It is an open space so you won't have a problem manoeuvring around the festival or getting food and drink or taking part in the arts and crafts.
- Yes disabled toilets are provided.
- The festival is held on grass. We just ask that the carers pick up after the dogs. Water will be provided on request for the dogs.
- A disabled ticket will admit both the disabled person (once proof of disability has been established) and their nominated PA (carer) when they enter the festival at the same time. A disabled person cannot enter the festival at a different time to their nominated PA. During first entry, both will be given an access wristband which will allow them to leave and re-enter the festival as they need (within reason).
- No but we don't have any specific visual information.
- No but we don't have any specific audible information. We don't have sign language interpreters but the person is welcome to bring their own interpreter with them.
- This festival is designed so that everyone can enjoy arts, crafts and music.
