"The London Palladium is a 2,286-seat Grade II* West End theatre located on Argyll Street, London, in the famous area of Soho. Of the roster of stars who have played there, many have televised performances. The theatre has hosted the Royal Variety Performance 42 times, most recently in 2018."

Access guidance
- Patrons with access requirements can be driven to our level access door located to the left of our main entrance on Argyll Street. Disabled Badge holders may park behind the premises in Ramillies Place, however these spaces are limited in number. Our level access ramp to the Stalls is located to the left of our main entrance on Argyll Street. Our accessible seats are located on the left-hand side of the Stalls auditorium. Our lift can fit up to 8 people with a maximum weight of 630kg. The measurements for our lift are 900mm in width and a depth of 1.2 metres. To reach our accessible seating, please enter through our level access door located to the left of the main entrance. The Stalls Bar (Variety Bar) and The Val Parnell Bar are fully accessible bars for patrons with access requirements and can be reached via our level access door or lift.

- Visually impaired patrons are more than welcome to use our access seats if they would like to.
- The London Palladium has induction loops located in our box offices in the main foyer and the Val Parnell corridor. Please speak to a Level Supervisor or Manager when you arrive for more information. Infra-Red audio enhancement systems are available for deaf or hearing-impaired patrons. These are available in our cloakroom located in the main foyer.
- Please ask to speak to a manager when you arrive if you need to bring any medication, food, drink or medical equipment with you. Strobe and flashing lights are regularly used during events at The London Palladium. For more information, please ring our stage door on 0207 557 7300 and ask to speak to a manager.
