- For step-free access from the chapel to the bar, please speak to a steward. For information regarding access during office hours, please contact the venue. A ramp is available at the entrance on Compton Terrace. Please contact a member of staff if you require ramped access. We do however have an alternative entrance on Compton Avenue. Please let us know if you used a motorised wheelchair so we can provided the relevant information. We can accommodate up to 6 wheelchair users and most other requirements, but if you're in any doubt just get in touch before you buy your ticket.
- Whilst the chapel doesn't have its own car park, there are yellow lines and Pay & Display parking close to the chapel.
- There is an accessible toilet at the venue.
- Furthermore if you are unable to attend a concert alone and need a companion to come with you then that companion comes for free. Companions do not need a ticket but you do need to inform us in advance if you are attending with, or as a companion.
- We have a Ampetronic ILD9 induction loop which is designed for large spaces. It is in operation at all events and can be access by anyone who uses a hearing aid with a T setting.
